Adnan Imam BSC, FCCA Managing Director
Co-founder of AWR Developments, Adnan has been involved in property since 1998 with concentration on value added property conversions, redevelopments, investments, trading and high yield income generation property portfolio. Has extensive property finance experience and held senior positions with Merrill Lynch Europe Plc, Harvey Nash Plc and Eden Brown, Adnan is also the co-founder and Finance Director of Oracle Global Resourcing Limited, a highly successful technical recruitment company.

Wayne Barry, Director
Co-founder of AWR Developments, Wayne has been involved in property since 1998 along with Adnan concentrating on value added property conversions, redevelopments, investments, trading and high yield income generation property portfolio. Having a background in finance Wayne has held senior positions with Synergy Group and Eden Brown. Wayne is also the co-founder and Director of Oracle Global Resourcing Limited, a highly successful technical recruitment company.

Richard Clements, MIOD MREC, Director
Co-founder of AWR Developments, having over 11 years experience in recruitment industry. Richard is the co-founder and Managing Director of Oracle Global Resourcing Limited, a highly successful technical recruitment company. Richard started his career in electrical contracting before joining Malla recruitment in 1995 as a consultant before becoming a director in 1998.

Eugene Semeniuk, BSIE, AAS, Director
Co-founder of AWR Developments, having over 7 years experience in recruitment industry. Eugene is the co-founder and Director of Oracle Global Resourcing Limited, a highly successful technical recruitment company. Eugene has held senior positions in the United States in the manufacturing sector with extensive experience in labour relations before joining Malla in 1999.

Naranjan S Chahal, RICS, Building Surveyor and Structural Engineer
Naranjan joined AWR after retiring as a Building Control Inspector and Surveyor for Newham Council. Naranjan is also a structural engineer and has extensive experience in new build, conversions and building regulations compliance.
